"Japanese Data Protection Law Addendum Privacy Notice"

Purpose of This Notice

SK hynix Japan Inc. (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Company”) keeps and processes personal data about customers and business partners (accordingly “you”) at our Company. This notice describes how we collect and use personal data about you, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the relevant laws and regulations.

The Kind of Data We Hold About You
